Non-refundableDeposits are non-refundable once paid. Julz sends her PayPal or Zelle details when she confirms your appointment.
ReschedulesReschedules are permitted at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit carries over to your new date.
Within 48 hoursCancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment forfeit the deposit.
No-showsNo-shows forfeit the deposit. Future bookings may be required to prepay 100% of the service price at the time of booking.
